FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) When should I arrive?
Check-in begins at 9:00 in Marigold's dining hall in E.S. Harkness Hall-D (367 Cedar Street) on Thursday April 18. Click here for map. If you plan to arrive at a different time, please let us know when you will be arriving via the online RSVP form, and we will make sure someone is there to meet you and escort you to where you need to go.
2) Is it OK if I can't make it for the whole Second Look Weekend event?
Yes! Whatever time you arrive for Second Look Weekend is fine! If you arrive between 9:00 and 6:00 on either day, you can check in at Marigold's in Harkness Hall. If you think you will arrive before or after business hours, let us know ahead of time and we'll make sure someone is there to meet you and escort you to where you need to go.
3) Where can I park?

4) What should I wear?
While you will be meeting with faculty, you will also be relaxing with students and possibly playing Frisbee on Harkness Lawn. The general tone of Second Look Weekend is casual. Leave your interview suit at home!
5) Where can I stay?
If you wish to stay overnight with a current student, there will be plenty of hosts available, both in Harkness dorm and off campus. Please indicate on the RSVP form if you would like to stay with a current student. If you would rather stay in a hotel, please click here for information about local hotel options.
6) Activities in New Haven beyond Second Look Weekend?
